Time to welcome back one of our favourite guests - it's writer, mental health campaigner and absolute hoot Bryony Gordon!

She tells us all about her new book, Mad Girl, which is out now. There's some Fitness Chat - Bryony tells us how she got into running, and how she deals with temptation. We discuss the importance of talking about mental health, and the struggles new parents often face. Then we move onto the really serious issues like Take That and what Kate Middleton smells like.
Bryony is running the marathon this year and you can sponsor her. She's on Twitter @bryony_gordon, and Instagram @bryonygordon. Follow Mental Health Mates @findyourwe or visit mentalhealthmates.co.uk.

It is not possible to describe a highly complex and dynamic process such as occupational health nursing simply in terms of core activities or tasks. Occupational health nurses are constantly learning new skills, adapting current practices to meet new needs and developing new approaches to solving problems and therefore their practice is not static but is constantly improving based upon a core range of skills.

About me, I receive many e-mails from people around the world wanting to make improvements both personally and professionally. And I'll admit, that self improvement does mean different things to different people, but the one thing many people can agree upon is the proactive desire in self improvement in specific aspects of your life. Your question is identify various areas of your life that need improvement in, and to develop a smart goals map in getting there.
