REFUND AND REPLACEMENTS
Right, here’s the deal. The stuff we sell is manufactured with whizzy on-demand print technology. They’re custom made to your specification, which means we can’t replace or refund any products ordered unless they’re damaged or faulty.
Sorry, but if you’ve ordered the wrong size or colour, or just changed your mind, there is no way for us to sell it on. It’s not like a high street shop, where they can resell returned stuff to other customers.
For 30 days from purchase, you will be offered a refund or a replacement product only if your product is damaged or faulty.
Please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can. If your item is damaged or faulty, please send us a photograph of the problem, and we will order a replacement or process a refund for you. Ta.
You will receive a confirmation email regarding your order.
Some items are printed on demand, so it could take 3-10 working days for dispatch. At peak times, this might be longer, so get those Christmas orders in early; perhaps at Easter, like our mums do. Maybe don’t leave it till December 23rd like us.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries on the weekends or on public holidays. We like to spend those times lying down.
Some UK orders are dispatched by Hermes courier, and may take anywhere from 1-4 working days for delivery after dispatch others are sent via Royal Mail and can depend on demand on the Royal Mail Services.
Orders outside of the UK are dispatched with either Hermes, Trackpak, or P2P. Depending on the location, this can take anywhere from 3-14 working days.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once items are ready to be shipped. Please note your items may arrive separately. And delivery is FREE within the UK!
Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is required. If you are not present when the delivery is attempted, you will be left with a card informing you what to do next. Yeah, we know, sorry, but it’s the only way.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by destination customs clearance processes. You can’t fight international law, man.
Please be aware that local taxes may apply at point of delivery. The Scummy Mummies Shop does not charge any customs duties on international shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Scummy Mummies. While we do not expect there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or Post Office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order with us. The cost of standard delivery depends on the number of items ordered and the delivery address.
